She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Gunjan Aggarwal was associated with Confluent as Chief Human Resources Officer.

Gunjan has also worked with RingCentral, RELX GROUP PLC, California Workforce Development Board, Ericsson, Jindal School of Management, Candidate Grading, Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics, and Unilever.
Gunjan has contributed her time as an advisory board member to CanGrade, a Harvard based start-up in analytics-based recruiting and Rubia, a non-profit that supports Afghan women.
