Global Talent Company conducted two day program on DNA OF LEADERSHIP

DNA OF LEADERSHIP, an open house program conducted by Global Talent Company on 13th and 14th December 2022 at Radisson Blu Plaza, Delhi Airport, Delhi, India received an overwhelming support from the global organizations from different sectors. The two days experiential learning journey drove the participants to get deep insights into leadership concepts and theories via practical experiences and case studies.

It is the signature program run by DK Bakshi, Chief Mentor & CEO, Global Talent Company which has been live from two decades and organization’s customize this model as per their internal requirements. The format of the program was designed in such a way that participants get enough time to reflect and reassess their leadership style. DK Bakshi as Program Director, Inn Narula, Thai national  as Co-facilitator, Pierre Delalande, a French national as Co-facilitator and Shalu V Pillai as Co-facilitator with their expert facilitation skills became the program enablers and drove participants through leadership journeys with leadership case studies, brainstorming sessions and group exercises.

The program was inaugurated by HE Dr. Kiran Bedi, Chief Guest and Hari Om Rai, Guest of Honor, Chairman and MD, Lava International Limited. While sharing the insights of her role as a leader and how important it is to be accountable towards your role and goals she said,” You will definitely face challenges as you grow but as leaders you are responsible for others and the boundaries of your role is not limited to only one aspect. Sometimes you have to be uncomfortable in while dealing with situations but stepping out of the comfort zone in order to make the right decisions enable the leadership mindset.” She also launched the official song  of Global Talent Company.

Mr. Rai presented his views on global leadership scenarios and how important it is for leaders to step out and become the process owners. Dr. Kiran Bedi and Hari Om Rai shared numerous insights from real life scenarios to help participant’s deep dive on their questions.

First day saw participants deep diving into concepts like Ownership and Commitment towards Purpose, Vision and Values, 5 E’s of Leadership, 4T’s of Leadership, Situational Leadership Model, Three Eyes of Buddha, Traits of Highly Successful Leaders, Managing Workplace Relationships and Winning Edge Strategies for Leaders.

Participants witnessed impact case studies of Coventry, Larsen & Toubro, Sonalika and many other organizations where they witnessed the change via leader’s accountability and ownership towards organization’s vision, mission and values.

You will definitely face challenges as you grow but as leaders you are responsible for others and the boundaries of your role is not limited to only one aspect. With refection from first day learning, second day was for Program Director and Co-facilitators who enabled an ecosystem where participants could experiment and experience the leadership success stories and challenges. As the program was aligned and topics were at the core of leadership journey, Leadership concepts such as Seven E’s of Leadership, Customer Centricity & Customer Delight, Coaching of Grow Modell, Story Telling, GLOCAL Mindset & One Dream One Team were discussed and the simulations around these concepts were enabled in order create the experiences  and ecosystem.

Second day  evening witnessed the cohort of guest speakers such as Suresh Tripathi- CHRO, Air India, Chandan Chattaraj- President HR, Uflex Group, KS Bakshi- Group Head HR, Interglobe Enterprises, Pradyumna Pandey- CHRO, Mother Dairy, Ruchi Dhawan Sharma- CHRO, MMTC PAMP, AK Somvanshi- CHRO, Victora Auto. The guest speakers with  their individual leadership experiences guided participants as how important it is for leaders to take the right decisions and support their colleagues. As every individual has their own style of leadership, it is important to nurture those behaviors and traits which will not only make individual as successful leader but also support the organization’s larger goals.

The program witnessed participants from  nationwide reputed organizations. Participants were awarded with the certificates.
