PP In the ever-evolving workforce, Gen Z will be around a quarter of workforce by 2025 and will be the primary constituent in terms of representation and impact. It’s imperative to understand what they are looking for in their professional pursuits. This generation is considered one of the most informed and aware about their expectations and will demand disproportionate leadership attention to get the required outcomes.
