GD Goenka Group has announced the appointment of Dr Neeta Pant as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Prior to joining GD Goenka Group, Dr. Neeta was associated with Pathways School as the Head of HR. Dr. Neeta confirmed parting ways with her previous organisation through a social media post on linkedIn thanking mentors, colleagues, and friends for shaping her into a person she is today.
Dr Pant brings more than 22 years of extensive experience in strategic human resource management, with an outstanding background in clinical psychology and social work.

Her expertise in HR policy development, system and process optimisation, and fostering organisational growth makes her an invaluable asset to the GD Goenka Group.
With a PhD, dual MBAs, MAs, and multiple HR and coaching certifications,Dr. Pant’s impressive career is marked by her visionary leadership and exceptional communication skills. She has consistently demonstrated the ability to lead transformative projects that enhance operational efficiency and align with organisational objectives.
