Gautam Srivastava has joined Phoenix Mills as Director & Head HR, where he will be driving HR strategies, policies, and processes to support the company’s growth and customer-centricity.

Prior to this appointment Gautam was associated with The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts , Mumbai as Group Vice President & Head of HR for two years.
