Gautam Kumar has been elevated to the position of Director-Independent & Emerging Business AB SKF out of Sweden.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post by saying, “A New Chapter Unfolds, Mingled with a Tinge of Bittersweet Goodbye. Prior to taking over this new responsibility, Gautam was associated as CHRO-Industrial Region, ISEA I Business Director- Industrial Business, SGP, MLY and Philippines for about a year with the group in India. He joined the group in Feb. 22.
Gautam is a strategic Human Resource leader with broad international experience spanning India, China, Hong-Kong , Australia & South East Asia. He has managed Industrial & Employee Relation and successfully shut one manufacturing unit and successfully facilitated transition of two plant sell off & managed multiple global manufacturing footprint across Emerging Asia.
