Gaurav Ahluwalia has joined E&Y India as Partner- People Consulting
Confirming this development Gaurav said in a social media post,” I am excited to share my new role as Partner, People Consulting with Ernst & Young, India. I In this role, I will work with EY’s financial services clients – both domestic and GCCs – to help grow/transform aspects of their people agenda/experience, leveraging new-age HR Tech, Tools, and Analytics.

Before this appointment, Gaurav was associated as Managing Director and Head of Human Resources with JPMorgan Chase & Co. for about 12 years.
Gaurav is an experienced Human Resources Director with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. Strong human resources professional skilled in HR Consulting, Technology Needs Analysis, Deferred Compensation, HR Policies, and Compensation & Benefits.
Gaurav has also worked with HSBC and Escotel Mobile Communications.
