Fulcrum Digital, a global enterprise AI organization, announced the appointment of Krishnakumar Hariharan, as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Talent Acquisition. Krishnakumar Hariharan brings with him more than three decades of experience in devising innovative, cost-effective solutions to address talent and HR process requirements. In his new role at Fulcrum Digital, he will shape and strengthen the company’s talent acquisition strategy at a global level.
Over the course of his career, Krishnakumar has earned a proven track record of driving digital transformation and process improvements, and has nurtured robust and compliant talent acquisition (TA) infrastructure.

Krishnakumar holds a master’s degree in social work and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Madras.
