AS Part of a wider reshuffle in its top management, Walmart-owned Flipkart has appointed Seema Nair as Flipkart’s Chief Human Resource Officer, the latest in a series of leadership rejigs at the e-commerce player. In this role, she will oversee Human Resources for Flipkart, partnering closely with respective leaders and HR teams.

Before this appointment, Nair was associated with Reliance Industries as Sr. EVP-Head Reliance Group HR office and Head-Reliance Group HR Digitization. She was with the group for about six years.
An MBA in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and member of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce, She also worked with Coca-Cola, Cisco Systems, IntelCorporation, Hughes Software Systems, Microland Ltd., and CG Power and Industrial Solutions.
