Employee not to be harassed in sexual harassment complaints by employer: Delhi HC

Delhi High Court in P vs. Union of India and Ors. W.P.(C) No. 14403/2022, imposed the cost of INR 1,00,000/- on the employer holding that the employee should not be harassed and put to inconvenience to appear again and again before the Complaints Committee (CC) due to the fault of the employer in constituting the CC as per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
