Employee must be given opportunity of representation: Bombay HC

Bombay High Court in Awadesh Singh Yadav and Ors. vs. Labour and Enforcement Officer and Ors. W.P No. 270/2009, observed that employer has failed to prove that principles of natural justice were followed in conducting the disciplinary enquiry and therefore employer is not entitled to seek dismissal of the workmen by relying upon the said report.
