The talent scenario has completely changed post Covid and related new age HR, what are the new challenges both at global and Indian corporate in talent management considering great resignations to great recruitment drives and how L&D can make for the lost opportunities if any due to hybrid work cultures?

GS Covid has taught us completely new ways of working and excelling through it with time, however, the cons can’t be denied too. L&D has a great responsibility here to transform the induction & learning methods into more hands-on & experiential form of learning. L&D can help curating a targeted development program that can be more effective to address individual’s career aspiration & able to engage teams more efficiently. Lastly, successful execution of career & competence model in the organisation that will pave way for employees to groom themselves for the future roles available within the organisation.
