Dr. Rajat Grover joins SBI Mutual Fund as Chief Human Resources Officer

Dr. Rajat Grover has joined SBI Mutual Fund as Chief Human Resources Officer.

He has confirmed this development through a social media post.

Prior to this appointment, Rajat Grover was associated with Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd. as GM & Head of Business HR for about 2 years 11 months.

Rajat is a strong passionate and result oriented HR professional with 19+ year of experience. He has been part of 5 organizations from their nascent stage and have proven ability of enhancing employee experience and scaling up of businesses from scratch. He is a multitasker, go-getter with solution-oriented approach and has excellent stake holder management skills.

Rajat has handled various HR roles at National, Regional & Strategic level. He has successfully conceptualized and implemented various complex and high impacting HR projects, organizational restructurings and change management initiatives.

He has also worked with YES Bank, Reliance Retail Ltd. and IDBI Bank Ltd.
