Dr. Poornima Prasad has joined CBTS as Chief Human Resources Officer.

Prior to this appointment, Dr. Poornima Prasad was associated with Accion Labs as Global Chief People Officer.

With 28+ years of experience in the HR field, she has successfully partnered with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive business growth, operational excellence, and cultural transformation in large global organizations. She has passion for building high-performing teams, developing talent, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusion. Some of her key achievements include enabling the hiring of top leadership talent, designing compensation structures, managing compliance and crisis, and implementing learning and development programs. She is also a board member and advisor to several startups and non-profits.
Dr. Poornima has also worked with Tech Mahindra, Infosys, FirstRing Pvt. India Ltd., Academic Institutions, and Deldot Systems Pvt. Ltd.
