Prior to this appointment, Dr. Jaspreet Ahluwalia was associated with a Construction Company as Chief Human Resources Officer to facilitate complete employee life cycle, with focus on business partnering along with employee experience.
With over 20 years of diverse and cross-industry experience in human capital management, she has a proven track record of providing innovative and effective solutions to align organizational goals with people development and performance.
