Soft Polynomials has appointed Deepak Deshpande as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Chief Growth Officer.
Deepak has confirmed this development through a social media post stating, “I am happy to share that I’m starting a new position as CHRO and Chief Growth Officer at Soft Polynomials! I will be based in Mumbai. This opportunity is special as it aligns with my passion for leading the ‘People and Culture’ function while also driving growth as the ‘Chief Growth Officer’, nurturing existing business, engaging with customers, introducing new revenue streams, and start-up businesses.

With over 25 years of experience in HR leadership across Indian and global ICT, IT & ITES MNCs, Dr. Deepak brings a strategic view of HR imperatives for enterprises across geographies and time zones. His deep experience across all HR verticals and proven skills in organizational design & transformation, HR Systems, leadership development, and M&A have propelled these organizations into top revenue producers.
Dr. Deepak holds a Ph.D. in Management, a Post Graduate degree in Electronics-MSc, and a double MBA, including one from Harvard. He also earned a Research Degree in Electronics – M.Phil and completed the SEI P-CMM Course at Carnegie Mellon University – USA.
Dr.Deeak has also worked with Edge HR Advisory and Business Consulting, NTT Data, Netmagic Solutions, Lionbridge Technologies, Trigyn Technologies, and SYSTIME.
