Before this appointment, Diwesh Diwakar was associated with Polyrub Cooper Standard FTS Pvt. Ltd. as Head – Human Resources.

A Senior HR Professional with over 21+ years of experience in Preparing the HR manpower budget, Analysis for Hiring & Attrition & Preparing & updating the Organization Structure, he has been responsible for updating and keeping the intranet usage online, Supporting in conducting Compensation & Benefits Survey for the organization.
Sahay has also worked with Force Motors Ltd., Schindler India Pvt. Ltd., Kelly Engineering Resources, Quadrangle, Info Edge India Ltd., and Ma Foi Global Search Services Ltd. (MGSSL).
