Delhi High Court in Kiran Thakur vs. Resident Commissioner Bihar Bhavan (W.P.(C) 1668/2014)on May 18, 2023, while upholding the order of dismissal of the employee who was guilty of forged documents, observed that employees who are guilty of submitting forged and fabricated documents to their employer, have to be dealt with in a strict manner and no sympathy or compassion can be shown to such employees.
