Dilip Sinha has joined Vedanta Limited – Aluminium Business as Chief Human Resources Officer.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.

Prior to this appointment, Dilip Sinha was associated with JSW Steel as Senior Vice President & Head- Human Resources for about 3 years.
With around 24 years of rich experience in the areas of Human Resource Management, Transformation Management, Technology & Culture Building including organisational restructuring initiatives and facilitating their acceptance by the employees across hierarchical levels.
Dilip has also worked with Reliance Retail, Rajan Raheja Group, ASTARC Group and Future Group.
Dilip carries a graduation degree in history from St Stephens College, University of Delhi and completed his MBA in HR from Xavier Institute of Social Service.
