Dharmesh Kansara has joined MRL Tires as Vice President- HR.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Dharmesh was associated with Yokohama Offway Tires as Head of Employee Relations.

HR Leader with a proven track record of 27+ years by working with reputed organizations in Metal, Energy, Infrastructure, Glass, Engineering & Tyre manufacturing, Dharmesh has been a part of the management team involved in taking HR strategic decisions & contributed to HR Functions by becomes a business partner through quantifiable & measurable contribution to the business. Streamlined HR Processes & Policies making them more effective, objective & transparent.
He has gained expertise in managing change ensuring employee involvement in the Change management Process, including effective employee engagement practices, and contributed to improving overall operations efficiency.
Dharmesh has also worked with AIA Engineering, Borosil Renewables, Adani Ports and SEZ, JSW Energy and Essar Steel.
