What is your perspective about the state the DEI in Indian Organisations? Is it limited to lip service in most of the cases to talk about and little is happening at ground?

YK I believe that diversity, equity and inclusion is the need of the hour for business organisations. In this era of globalization, diversity in the business environment is about more than gender, race and ethnicity. It now includes employees with diverse religious and political beliefs, education, socioeconomic backgrounds, sexual orientation, cultures and even disabilities. Companies are discovering that, by supporting and promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace, they are gaining benefits that go beyond the optics. So, In Indian perspective, DEI is gaining momentum, but yes there is lot more that needs to be done. We are committed to improve diversity in our organisation and to nurture a culture of inclusion and sensitivity towards women members.
