What is your perspective about the state the DEI in Indian Organisations? Is it limited to lip service in most of the cases to talk about and little is happening at ground?
AK Diversity, equity and inclusion in Indian organisations is bringing a euphoric change with many Indian Inc becoming more aware about the needs and requirements of DEI and why it should be handled with a lot of maturity as well as with leadership intervention. DEI brings innovation, creativity and freshness into the system is a researched fact now, the sooner Indian Inc starts believing in it the higher are the chances of having balanced teams, creative and challenging roles. Though one of the most conforming challenge is that most organisation still measure DEI on few areas such as gender, race, age, etc. leaving aside the infinite divergence diversity can have making each individual unique from one another.
