Deepanjan Dey has joined Emami Ltd. as Sr. General Manager- Employee Relations.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Deepanjan Dey was associated with Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd. as Sr. General Manager-HR.

With over 25 years of rich experience in Industrial/Employee Relations and Human Resource Management with subject matter expertise in labour and employment law, he has hands-on experience across various sectors like Print Media, Petrochemicals, FMCG, Refractory, Cement and Steel in multiple leadership roles like Plant HR Head, IR Head, HR Legal Head and Corporate IR and HR Head. Having wide experience in Long-term wage settlements, disciplinary actions, Contract Labour Management, HR Litigation, Policy formulation, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and HR interventions, Deepanjan has also authored many Articles on Labour Laws & HR matters and one book on Contract Labour to credit.
Deepanjan Dey has also worked with Eveready Industries India Ltd., Tata Steel BSL Ltd., Dalmia Bharat Group, Tata Metaliks Ltd., Bata India Limited, Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd. and The Statesman.
