Prior to this appointment, Deepak Ramakrishnan was associated with C-Square Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Reliance Retail) as Head of Human Resources.

He is skilled in Talent Management, Talent Development, HR Consulting, Executive Search, Employee Engagement, and Recruiting, deepak has successfully implemented and championed Organization Redesign and HR Systems. He has also worked on Design Thinking for creating strong Org process.
