Debashree Mukherjee has joined Khanna Paper Mills Ltd. as Assistant Vice President & Head of Human Resources.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to this appointment, Debashree Mukherjee was associated with Fresenius Kabi Oncology Limited as Head of Human Resources for the company and managing all teams including manufacturing, R&D & Corporates functions.

Debashree is an insight driven, result-oriented HR Leader having around 17 years of experience in handling diverse set of internal customers – employees and teams from Sales, R&D, Manufacturing & Corporate. She is a seasoned HR generalist with well-rounded experience across Talent Management, Leadership Development, Strategic HR Management, DE&I, Training and Development, OD interventions, Competency Mapping, PMS & Career Planning, Succession Planning, Rewards & Recognition, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations & Employee Retention.
Debashree has also worked with Boehringer Ingelheim, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, and Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd.
