DCM Shriram has appointed Hameed Jung as Vice President Human Resources & Group Learning Head.
In his new role at DCM Shriram, Jung will focus on driving a comprehensive Learning and Development agenda for the group, while focusing on behavioural and functional development, according to a statement.

Jung has over 17 years of professional experience. Prior to joining DCM Shriram, he was Head of Talent Development and Learning – India and South East Asia at Baxter International. He has also worked at companies like Right Management, ICICI Prudential, General Motors and General Electric.
Jung holds an MBA in HR from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and an MA in Political Science and International Relations from the School of Social Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Poddar holds an MBA from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, Pune.
