What reasons do you attribute to the fact that Industrial relation skills which was considered as one of the most desired and pre-requisite skill for any HR person to succeed, has now become almost extinct?
PD In the current BANI world, Industrial relations is not only involved in managing the relationship between employers and employees, including areas such as collective bargaining, labour laws, union negotiations, dispute resolutions, etc. but also, with many external stake holders due to globalization and consumerization with rapid technological advancement.
