The Values of an organisation apply to everyone and there should be a zero-tolerance policy clearly communicated about conduct, behaviour and wellness through the Leadership style by coaching and mentoring the team without bullying.

While employee wellness is getting priority in Organisations, bullying as its counter is also prevalent. How do you define these two aspects and its presence in work culture?

RB The organisations put extensive initiatives for the employee’s well-being. The efforts fail to recognize the interpersonal factors within the organisation’s settings. One such interpersonal factor is workplace bullying. This implies that abusive behaviours create an intimidating work environment to harm others’ dignity, safety, and well-being. This kind of culture has a greater impact on the psychology of an employee at the workplace and deeply impacts mental well-being and productivity, which leads to disengagement.

While public bullying is denounced, it exists under a mask internally. Do you agree that people deliver must faster when they are scolded? Is this leadership style preferred quietly amid fierce competition?
