Anil Vasu has a distinguished career, having held significant roles in prominent organisations such as WorldEmp, Helios and Matheson Analytics INC, Stanley Black & Decker, Honeywell and Tata BlueScope Steel Limited. He is an alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management Pune, where he honed his skills in Human Resource management and leadership.
Throughout his career, Anil has been instrumental in driving HR strategies that align with business goals, fostering talent acquisition, development, and retention. His expertise in creating dynamic work environments and his ability to implement effective HR policies have led to significant organisational growth and employee satisfaction. Anil’s international HR experience spans the US and multiple continents, enhancing his ability to manage diverse teams and global HR operations effectively. Anil has also built CIFDAQ from scratch, contributing to its foundational success and growth.
