How do you visualize the future of HR in Indian as well as global context?

TVR Future of HR in India is great. Pandemic has laid the foundations for a better future by bringing in out the sleeping HR awake and focusing the health, innovativeness and flexibility in work. People will slowly realize that HR is not merely a department, or a function. It is a philosophy, a set of values and a way of life and a way of bringing the best in people (Humans) out. HR’s focus will be people and HR professionals will have an enlarged role to perform caring for multiple stakeholders (customers, employees, employers, owners, families) and community as capability builders (talent masters) and spiritual gurus. They will continue to be competence generators, commitment (happiness) providers, and culture builders. Their main job will be to make every human his/her own HR manager and leader.
