How do you visualize the future of HR in Indian as well as global context?

SN This is probably the most exciting time to be in HR, which is rapidly evolving into a high tech, high touch function. The high tech is coming from the increasing use of technology to manage the employment life cycle and processes. This is moving away from the earlier models of server based applications to more SAAS based products. There is also an increasing focus on AI in these applications especially in processes like recruitment, onboarding, induction and transactions. We are seeing an increasing usage of technology in training, leadership development and talent management. The high touch is coming from the sharp focus on designing work around individual capabilities, preferences and strengths, and the increasing emphasis on :

Increasing diversity and inclusion, aiming at having workforces that truly reflect the nature and composition of the populations they serve and are based in.
