LTIMindtree, A global technology consulting and digital solutions company, has appointed Chetana Patnaik as the new Chief Human Resources Officer. She will take over the role from current CHRO Manoj Shikarkhane‘s from April 1, 2024 who will be moving another responsibility in the company.
She will be joining LTIMindtree from the Transportation Infrastructure division of L&T where she is working as Head HR & CSR for about 12 years.

With expertise in HR and corporate social responsibility, Chetana will bring valuable experience to her new role, leveraging her background in both sectors for strategic leadership.
Chetana has also worked with Reliance Infrastructure and GVK Group.
