Chandra Bhattacharjee has confirmed through a social media post that she has started a new position with Aditya Birla Textiles at Grasim Industries Limited, a flagship company of USD 60 billion Aditya Birla Group as Chief Human Resource Officer. She has been serving Aditya Birla Textiles as CHRO since August 2023.
Before taking up this role, Bhattacharjee held the CHRO role for the domestic chemicals, insulator, overseas chemicals, and fertilizer businesses of the Aditya Birla Group.

Bhattacharjee has been with Aditya Birla Group for the last 19 years serving the group companies in various roles and responsibilities.
With around 33 years of rich professional experience, she also worked with the National Stock Exchange, DGP Windsor, Silverline Industries, and Larsen & Toubro.
Aditya Birla Textiles has three businesses across India and Overseas viz. Domestic Textiles (India), Thai Acrylic Fibre (Thailand) and Overseas Spinning (Indonesia, Thailand and Europe).
