Capt. Pranav Prasoon joins TruKKer as Chief People Officer

Capt. Pranav Prasoon Thakur has joined TruKKer as Chief People Officer (CPO). Headquartered in UAE, TruKKer is a logi-tech start-up with offices in nine countries including UAE, KSA, GCC,India, North Africa and Central Asia.

In his new role, Pranav will work with TruKKer’s leadership team in transforming people practices, culture and business evolution.

Prior to this appointment Pranav was associated with Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd. as National HR Head for about.

An Ex – Army officer , Doctorate in  Business Management from Swiss School of Business Management , Alumnus of IIM Lucknow, Pranav has gained experience across all HR domains – strategic HR business partnering, employee relations, learning and development, talent management, succession planning, talent attraction, HRMS implementation, change management, culture building, employer branding, diversity and Inclusion, and rewards.

Pranav has also worked with Renault India, Renault Nissan Technology India, Willow Logistics  and Indian Army and Aryan Communication Link.
