Bullying eats wellness, Eliminate that first!
Organisations should offer coaching to assist bullies in changing their behaviour. Aggression, a lack of confidence, and low self-esteem are all problems that coaching may help people with making an easy path for employee wellness program.

While employee wellness is getting priority in Organisations, bullying as its counter is also prevalent. How do you define these two aspects and its presence in work culture?

DT Employee wellbeing has recently risen to the top of every organisation’s agenda. Organisations are implementing measures for the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of post-Covid since it has been noted that they are exposed to several stress factors at work.

Businesses are aware that encouraging healthy life entails investing in their most valuable resource: their people. Along with measures to enhance work culture, organisations are paying increasing attention to the welfare of their employees.

When HR and Management introduce new initiatives and strategy for employee wellbeing, certain groups of employees are uneasy because of bullying by their immediate managers, bosses, and co-workers.
