While employee wellness is getting priority in Organisations, bullying as its counter is also prevalent. How do you define these two aspects and its presence in work culture?

PS Employee Wellness is getting priority in the Organisations particularly Post Pandemic. It’s also a fact that Bullying as its counter is prevalent in many Organisations under mask.

Post the pandemic, we have seen the Organisations focusing more on the Wellness of the Employees both in terms of mental and physical wellness and hence there have been a number of initiatives being taken in this regard. A series of wellness programs are being conducted in the organisations now focusing on the mental and physical wellness. Besides the emphasis on the Mediclaim policies, the Organisations have also started tying – up with the Wellness institutes and the Hospitals for the well being of their employees and a lot is being written and talked about now on the subject.
