PP Rewards and Performance Management are one of the most strategic tools in the hands of management to improve performance & engagement of employees. Rewards that are linked to Performance have maximum appreciation and acceptability at employee level. Rewards is looked like a token of appreciation being given to employees acknowledging their contributions and value created for the organisation. Apart from the intrinsic value generation, Performance and Rewards Management are critical for attracting and retaining talent especially in a highly competitive market. Organisations invest in these systems depending on their maturity continuum. Setting up a robust Performance Management itself is a long journey and requires years of focused change management.
