Brijitha Prasanth has joined Ascendion as the Head HR- People & Culture at the Global Talent Centre.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post stating, “Thrilled to announce my new role as Head HR – People & Culture: Global Talent Centre at Ascendion. Excited to take the lead in shaping our people strategy and driving positive change.”
Before joining Ascendion, she was engaged as probono coaching work as leadership and life Coach. Before that She was associated with CSC as Vice president- HR for more than seven years.
With more than two decades in the industry, Prasanth is an expert in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, total rewards, HR operations and automation, OD interventions, HR analytics, change management, post-M&A integration, employee engagement and retention, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and employer branding.
She has also worked with Viteos Fund Services, BMR Advisors, Haribhakti Group and Sun-n-Sand Group.
