This article articulated to trigger ideation leading to transformation rather than traditionally believing that ‘REFORM’ is far that can hardly happen and status-quo in age-old initiatives should continue to run HR business. We are very sure; we can create great momentum while ruminating.
- Can we drop/reform all age-old HR initiatives and completely come out with ever-new & reformed modules/ processes? At least one per year.
- Can we scrap PMS (a necessary evil), and replace it with a fresh, distinguished, simplified employee-driven performance module?
- Can we identify our presence and objectively establish HR in the balance sheet?
- Where is money in HR?
- Where is PAT in HR?
