With 17 years of industry experience, Sugandha has worked with large organizations and multinationals such as TCS, EMC Dell, ZS Associates, etc.
She has been spearheading the domain with vast experience in Business-Strategic HR Partnership, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Compensation and Payrolls, Leadership Hiring, Employer Branding and Culture Building. Sugandha will help strategize, attract and retain top talent from the industry and establish BeatO as a change-maker in the industry.
The leaders would help in streamlining processes, communication strategies and also help develop innovative products and services in Diabetes Care.
