AXISCADES appoints Hrishi Mohan as Group CHRO

AXISCADES Technologies Ltd. announced the appointment of Hrishi Mohan as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer.

With a career spanning over two decades, across various geographies, Mohan brings a wealth of expertise in leading and driving the Human Resource function across a spectrum of industries including Information Technology, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and EdTech, the statement said.

Mohan’s distinguished career is marked by his extensive contributions to HR strategy and operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, and large-scale change management. He has successfully led the HR function for India, Middle East, and Africa geographies, and his expertise also spans across rewards strategy and employee retention, as per the statement.

During his tenure as the Global HR Head of Business Application Services (BAS) at Wipro, Mohan effectively managed a workforce of 25,000 employees supported by 50 HR business partners, to drive organizational growth through effective people strategies. During his stint in the United States, he managed Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), workforce transitions, and sales workforce, further underlining his global perspective and acumen. Mr. Mohan has also co-authored articles published by the World Economic Forum and HRM, US and written extensively on Global Talent Mobility and the use of AI in Human resource management (HRM) ecosystems, according to the statement.

Mohan has also worked with Wipro, Accenture, Godrej-GE Appliances Tenshi Life Sciences Ltd.
