Ramachandran Kaippilly has been elevated to the position of VP-HR and Administration by AVT McCormick Ingredients.
The company was established in 1995 as a joint venture between A. V. Thomas & Co. India and McCormick & Co .USA and a leading supplier of food safe spice ingredients across the globe. AVT is 85 year old Agri Business enterprise in India with its origin in tea plantations with strength of more than 10000 employees. McCormick is one of the fortune 1000 companies with presence in 110 countries worldwide.

He has been with the group since 2013 as Head of Human Resources. During this tenure he contributed effectively in Design, Develop and Implementing the HR Strategies supporting business strategic plan of AVT McCormick, Performance Management Process, Driving Employee Development and Engagement Programme and Developing and Implementing Industrial Relation Strategies.
With around 25 years of experience Ramachandran is SHRM -SCP, GPHR & NLP certified HR professional, with MNC in Finance, Food and Retail domains.
He has also worked with Oman UAE Exchange Co LLC, Vallabhdas Kanji Ltd.
