Avishek Roy has joined Perfetti Van Melle India as its new Human Resources Director.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Avishek was associated with McCormick & Company as Director HR – India and South East Asia, where he led a multi-country HR team and delivered a growth agenda across India and Southeast Asia, by developing and executing effective talent management, capability building, systems and processes, and organisational design strategies.

With 20+ years of versatile and multi-country HR experience, Avishek is also a Hogan-certified coach, and a certified facilitator for multiple programs, having a rich and diverse background in various sectors, including manufacturing, OEMs, IT, and FMCG. He has extensive experience in building teams, leading transformation initiatives, supporting start-up and greenfield operations, and facilitating mergers and acquisitions.
Avishek has also worked with PepsiCo, GE, and Essar Steel.
