After serving for about ten years, as Head of Corporate Affairs and Corporate Citizenship for Citigroup South Asia, during which time she contributed to region-wise decision making on policy and operations as a member of Citi India and Citi South Asia's Management Committees and headed its Diversity Council, Madhulika founded REPUTE Public Affairs & CSR Solutions.
Madhulika has been an elected member of the National Executive Council (Board of Directors) of Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (IACC) and has been its Regional President for the Western Region. She has been an Independent Director for the Indian Subsidiary of an NYSE listed American company and on the Indian advisory board for a US based not-for- profit.
