Asia Healthcare Holdings (AHH), which provides operational expertise to drive growth across three major single-speciality hospital chains, has partnered with HROne to automate its HR Operations. Moving ahead, it will leverage the HROne platform to curate a nimble and accessible journey for employees across all the enterprises that are a part of its portfolio. This will enable AHH to move away from manual, paper-based processes and siloed software, and gain greater visibility into key HCM metrics across its entities.
At AHH, the implementation of the HROne platform was a part of a larger transformation, the objective of which is to achieve a better alignment between its growth strategy and its people management practices. The company believes that technology is a key determining factor of employee experience, and that the right HR solution is crucial in driving a successful HR transformation. To this end, AHH was looking for a platform that was self-sustainable, and could be adopted by its HR teams with minimal training.
Because healthcare is a people-intensive sector, HCM practices can significantly impact the quality of care delivered by institutions and their financials. When tasks like attendance monitoring and shift management can be handled natively within the HR platform, healthcare companies are able to drive their operations at peak productivity, and also mitigate employee fatigue.
AHH will leverage the HROne platform’s capabilities to realise these benefits while driving down the cost of HR operations. By automating core HR workflows with HROne, AHH will be able to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce the workload on its HR teams.

Mr. Kumar Krishnaswamy, the Group Head – HR at AHH said, “HROne was definitely the solution that checked all our boxes. It is user-friendly and its capabilities are geared towards our vision of implementing agile workforce management practices.”
One of the key requirements for AHH was the ability to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle across all its entities within a single platform. This would not only eliminate the need to manage multiple vendors, but also improve top-level decision making as the platform would provide visibility into performance data from all the entities within a single pane of glass.
The HROne platform is enabling AHH to accomplish this with its unique CXO dashboard, which provides consolidated reporting for the company’s entire workforce.
The HROne platform is bringing positive outcomes at the ground-zero of HR operations. Not only has it transformed employee-facing processes, it has also made the lives of HR teams easier. Automating processes like payroll, attendance, performance management, recruiting, and expense management significantly elevates the experience of HR managers.
Having lived through the challenges of the pandemic on the front lines, the healthcare sector is familiar with the importance of HR technology in a hybrid-first reality. “Our HR teams love the fact that they can now access key workflows within a mobile app,” Mr. Krishnaswamy said. AHH’s HR teams are no longer confined to their laptops to accomplish simple HR tasks – they can simply tap their way to completion on their smartphones.
Commenting on the partnership, Mr. Karan Jain, Founder, HROne said, “We are very excited about our partnership with AHH… From our experience, we have observed that organisations like AHH, which are aiming for rapid growth benefit significantly from a scalable, low-touch, and automation-first HR solution.”
