Ashwini kumar has joined Shecommerz as Chief Human Resource Officer.
Shecommerz conforming his appointment in a linkedIn post stated, we are delighted to welcome onboard, our Chief Human Resource Officer, Mr. Ashwini Kumar.
Prior to this appointment Ashwini was associated with IIFL Samasta Finance Limited as Chief People Officer for more than five years.
Ashwini is a Human Resource Leader, Data Science Practitioner & Quality Evangelist with 17 years of diverse experience in various industries like Financial Services/Insurance, Power & Energy, Infrastructure & Mining. He is also Certified Assessor by Capability Maturity Model Institute (CMMI), USA for People Capability Maturity Model Assessment, PCMM Level 5.
He gained 3 years experience in leading International HR in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Ashwini also worked with Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services, Reliance Power, Gammon India, Simplex Infrastructures and Tata Business Excellence Group (TBExG).
