Prior to this appointment, Nirdesh Kumar was associated with Bliss GVS Pharma Ltd. as Global Head – HR for about 2 years. He has led the 2 ways impact on HR function in the organization. HR transactional journey and HR transformation journey.

With around 19+ years of rich professional experience in different HR functions such as Organization development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition & Business Partnering, Nirdesh Carries in depth knowledge and worked extensively in industries like Engineering, Steel, Oil and Pharmaceuticals.
Nirdesh has also worked with Enaltec Labs Pvt. Ltd., Cipla, Raychem RPG (P) Ltd., Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Essar Group and Ispat Industries Ltd.
