Polycab India Limited has appointed Ashish Kakkar as Executive President and Chief Human Resource Officer.
Before this appointment, Kakkar was associated with ICICI Home Finance Company as Chief Human Resource Officer where he was responsible for Human Capital, Infrastructure & Knowledge Management.

Kakkar brings 27 years of rich experience and expertise in business partnering, change management, leadership development and operational excellence. His expertise has made him lead from the front with credibility, took up new challenging roles in uncharted territories, and build collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders
Ashish Kakkar, holds PGDM (PM & HRD) and MLL & LW from Symbiosis Institute Pune. He has also worked with 3i Infotech, ICICI Prudential and Pepsico India Holding.
