Prior to this appointment, Ashish Chattoraj was associated with PayU as Head/Chief of People Functions -PayU India Entities (Payment, Credit, Paysense, Wibmo).

With over 23+ years of experience in different industries like Hi-Tech / IT Services & Manufacturing Industry (FMCG), He brings a strong blend of strategic planning and tactical execution capabilities in Change Management, Organization Structuring, Building Leadership Pipeline, Leadership Training Coaching & Business HR Partnership.
Ashish has managed HR strategy in various changing business scenarios which includes Ramp up’s, Site closure, Business Divestment, M&A’s etc.
Ashish has also worked with NXP acquires Freescale Semiconductor, Wipro Technologies, Infosys Technologies Ltd., and Shaw Wallace.
