Arvind S Chauhan has joined Blue Energy Motors as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Prior to this appointment, Arvind was associated with JCB India Ltd. as HR Leader, Corporate/Plant.

Arvind is an astute professional with 22+ years of diverse multi geographical (Domestic & International) HR experience in centralized/decentralized HR (Corporate, Sales, Plant HR & IR), Administration and CSR donning multi-dimensional leadership roles (Strategic HR, Operational HR & HR Business Partner) under complex business environment (start-ups/Brownfield/Greenfield/transformational) with organizations of repute.
He has also worked with Etisalat Dbtelecom Private Limited, Bharti AXA General Insurance, Secure Meters Limited, and Aditya Birla Group.
